An entrepreneur, risk-taker and leader with unwavering positivity, determination, and a focused mind. I have built an online business solely dedicated to helping businesses save time and increase profits with remote working teams.

A Journey from a Remote Worker to an Entrepreneur

It started in 2009 with an opportunity given to me by Pharmacy Student Council. Who would have thought that the opportunity to plan and manage events would help me develop my CONFIDENCE & LEADERSHIP skills.

These unrealized leadership skills were then acknowledged with the Pope Leo XIII Community Development award for my active involvement in community building after I completed my studies in Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. But that was just the start that paved my way for the future in my pursuit to make an impact and have a fulfilling career.

In the corporate world, I started as a Territory Manager at Manila Water Company, where we quickly rose to become in charge of the company’s business–technical and customer care in water and wastewater operations.

But in 2012, I was left stranded, distraught, and grief took over my entire self after the unexpected demise of my mother... fell into a deep pit of despair and had to leave the job.

I wasn’t only dealing with the most traumatic experience of my life, but it was the time my family-owned business ran into challenges. I had to step up and pair with my dad to save this sinking ship and make it travel around the world.

ACHIEVEMENTS

A NEW RISE — Taking over Travel Agency Business

I worked to wrench myself out of the despair and took over the Travel Agency Business as a leading force. From there, I worked hard to rebuild and rebrand the travel agency.

I learned to embrace the trials and tribulations and unlocked the confidence to take the initiative and make competent decisions. I was ecstatic to see my business thrive with my dad beside me every step of the way.

The Great Pause

But when the world was hit the “GREAT PAUSE” due to the Pandemic, my Travel Agency was hit severely and doomed due to travel restrictions. Unfortunately, we had to close our operations and just like that...BOOM!

My years of hard work were gone...Our office was shut down; my employees lost their jobs... Financial distress and business loss left me crippled and depressed.

I wanted to regain control of my life but couldn’t see a way out. No online working experience led me to several rejections in every interview I appeared in.

Freedom of Virtual World

But then, Mr Water Pro believed in me and offered Executive Assistant job, and I officially entered the virtual world. It was the job that became the foundational stone of the VA Services Hawaii I have now established

The job empowered me to learn the ins and outs of day-to-day administrative operations. I continue to learn new things each passing day to work my way up the ladder.

Each experience strengthened my sense of responsibility and reinforced my commitment to continuous growth. I believe leadership is defined by vision, integrity, and decisive action.
